Saw the strangest thing in the middle of Montgomery Woods today. Chickens! They were so friendly, too bad they look delicious, or I might keep ‘em around.

Wow, been awhile since I used Tumblr. Not to worry, I’m back. Been enjoying California life and working like a dog. The weather is great here, and will never not be appreciated. I can’t bear to think of how cold Minnesota will be in a couple short months. I thank the Lord daily for this gift. Missing my friends and family a lot. Probably the only downside I can think of actually… I always am grateful that I have Sam with me though. No one like a brother. Started doing yoga a couple weeks back. Not for the physical aspect, but for the peace of mind it provides. It is so relaxing and peaceful. I wonder why I hadn’t tried it earlier. Been on the axe a lot lately too. Learning more riffs and slowly piecing together originals. I love how I can lose myself in music. The more you write, the more it flows. I’ve always thought that music was never something created, but rather discovered. Something that comes through the musician. The musician being but a vehicle. It’s interesting really, time seems to be non-existent when in the depths of a melody or beat. But after all, isn’t time non-existent anyhow? Well, I’ve been settling in nicely here. Have work and some friends, I enjoy the weather and try new experiences. Budget is tight, but these things come in time.

We’re really doing it though, aren’t we Har?
